We meet on the 1st and the
3rd Fridays each Month
from 10am until 12noon
at the Bishops Hull Church Hall.
Our core activity is reading from the GCSE
textbook ‘Understanding Geology’, which themes we expand as much as we
can, adding variety by looking at specimens, some field trips, videos,
and hearing the occasional speaker.
New people are very
welcome -
To find the Hall, go up
Bishops Hull Hill. At the top/T-junction turn left, and the
Church+ hall+car park are almost immediately on the left again.
A bus ( No. 3 - check..) stops just opposite. Its 2-hourly timing fits
well : 5-10 mins past 10am and then past 12noon.
